Yes, in the event of a power failure, the power supply to the base unit and the outdoor siren continues, e.g. directly via a built-in rechargeable battery.
If the base unit or external siren is dismantled (e.g. by a burglar), a switch triggers an alarm directly.
Yes, the alarm system can be set up and controlled completely independently without the Internet, smartphone app, etc.
However, we recommend using the Safe2Home WIFI APP.
If the base has no WIFI connection, it can be added as a "GSM device" via the APP. The APP generates SMS codes which are then sent to the base. (This requires a SIM card to be inserted in the base unit)
The sensors require very little power. From our own experience at least 1 year.
We recommend that you buy a set of rechargeable batteries. Recharge these once a year. Then you will have no problems and unnecessary costs.
They are also inexpensive AA or AAA batteries, which can be bought very cheaply at any discount store.
Simply insert any PrePaid SIM card into the base.
e.g. from Aldi, Lidl, Congstar, etc.
IMPORTANT: The PIN query of the SIM card must be deactivated with a mobile phone/smartphone
the base with a mobile phone/smartphone.
Always ensure that there is sufficient credit on the SIM card.
Step 1: Deactivate the SIM card PIN request.
Step 2: Remove the cover on the back of the base.
Step 3: Fold up the metal cover and insert the SIM card.
Step 4: Close the flap and the cover of the base again.
The "Home zone list" item can be found in the basic menu. Here you activate all "Zones" except for those that are to remain inactive in "Home alarm mode".
Example: You activate all zones with window sensors and deactivate all zones with motion detectors.
This allows you to move freely around your home and still be protected from the "outside".
With our systems, you can secure a normal detached house without reception problems. The range can vary depending on the condition of the house. If you have a solid concrete basement, for example, this can reduce the radio range. To further increase the signal strength, you can use our outdoor siren or indoor siren including built-in repeater. The radio signals are then sent further for an even greater range.
Search for "Safe2Home Alarm" or "Safe2Home WIFI" in your App Store / Google Play Store.
The "Safe2Home Alarm" app is only suitable for the SP110 series.
The "Safe2Home WIFI" app can be used for all series.
Yes, this is also possible. iOS and Android.
We recommend creating a new account for each device.
The user rights of a base can be transferred/shared to other users in the app.
The base requires a power connection and also has a rechargeable battery.
This means that even in the event of a power failure or other interruption to the power supply, you are still protected for up to 6 hours by the emergency battery.
The manufacturer is us, Safe2Home GmbH.
We now sell several thousand items a year and you can be sure that new components and accessories will be added to this range on a regular basis.
Yes, we keep a constant stock and produce new goods directly when required.
Both: The base unit emits an alarm once and you can also combine it with an outdoor siren (also wireless).
The outdoor siren emits a very good and "deterrent" alarm.
If you wish, you can also configure the alarm system so that you receive an additional text message.
The Safe2Home outdoor siren. Enter the following ASIN on Amazon: B01N7MNC7V
Or search for "Alarm system set SP110". You will then see all the accessories for the alarm system.
There is a small "jumper" (plug connector) in your window and door sensors.
Set this to "ON". You have now activated the function on the sensor side.
If you now activate the door "Open / Close" function in point 14 of the base, and also specifically for this zone, you can see on the display whether a zone is open.
Example:
You have activated this function on all windows in your home. Before you leave your house, take a quick look at the base unit. Here you would then see directly whether a window is not closed.
You can arm and disarm your base unit with the user PIN.
Simply enter this password on the keypad of your base unit and then confirm it with the "Lock open" (disarmed) or "Lock closed" (armed) symbol
You can enter your user PIN on the base unit and then press the "Lock open" symbol. This deactivates the alarm.
You can also disarm the base unit using the RFID chip (the CHIP must first be briefly connected to the base unit).
This alarm system works, if desired, completely without internet, SIM card, etc.
We recommend that you always insert a SIM card for certain additional functions, "memory functions" and the use of the app.
Communication between the base and your smartphone must take place in some form. The SIM card is the safest solution here, unlike the Internet.
Deactivate the PIN request with a smartphone beforehand and insert a simple PrePaid SIM card.
Yes, every PrePaid SIM card works in the base.
Important: Activate your SIM card after you have purchased it.
Then insert it briefly into your smartphone and deactivate the "PIN request".
If you now insert the SIM card into your base, everything will work perfectly.
You should switch off the base unit before inserting the SIM card.
Important note:
Check the credit on your SIM card from time to time.
Yes, all new outdoor sirens available from Nov. 2017 have a "copy function".
This means you can also install 2, 3 or more outdoor sirens on your building.
Take a look at our Youtube video: "Safe2Home - Connecting multiple outdoor sirens to the base". (You can also find the video on our homepage at www.safe2home.de/installationsvideos)
This is the tamper protection.
First connect the siren to the base (if you have not already done so - point 4.) and then activate it under the menu item "Wireless sirens")
If everything works, use a remote control.
If you trigger the tamper alarm during installation, you can switch it off again directly using the remote control.
Once the siren has been permanently installed, this will no longer happen.
Alternatively, you could also pull the 2 loudspeaker plugs (2 white cables) on the circuit board at the top left until the siren is hanging on the wall and then plug it back in.
To open a sensor without "triggering" an alarm, proceed as follows:
Open the menu of the base unit with the programme password + "tick button".
(e.g. with 888888+"tick button")
You can now open the sensors.
Open "Point 5" -> Phone alarm in the basic menu
Select the "Notification type" with which you would like to be contacted.

SP310
The SP310 series is our professional series!
The following important features have been included here:
Rolling code
Jammer detection
868 Mhz on 4 alternating channels
2-way communication to all sensors
Sensors can be renamed individually
Live sensor monitoring
Live zone lists
Alerting via Internet / APP or SMS / call
Control of wireless sockets possible
High quality and many functions at a fair price
Internet connection:
The SP310 series has a WLAN module. You can easily and conveniently control, set and monitor via the free "Safe2Home WIFI" app. You will be informed/notified via the app in the event of an alarm, for example, via "push notification".
A GSM module is also available. This means that the base can also notify the user via SMS or phone call. (If a SIM card has been inserted)
The SMS function can also be used as a backup if the WLAN is not working.
Use of a radio-controlled socket: The SP310 series supports up to 16 radio-controlled sockets. For example, "Light in case of alarm" These radio-controlled sockets can of course also be used independently of the alarm and can be switched on and off at any time via the app (even when travelling).
The jammer detector is already built into the SP310 and can be activated / deactivated depending on the setting.
Rolling code:
A rolling code or hopping code is often used in radio-based vehicle opening systems or entrance control systems such as garage door openers to wirelessly authenticate a legitimate user.
40,000 codes are played back in a specific algorithm every millisecond. This makes it impossible to "intercept and replay the signal".
2-way communication:
In this case, not only does the sensor transmit to the base, but the base polls all sensors at regular intervals.
The polling interval can be set between 30 and 300 seconds. By default, the sensors are polled by the base unit every 3 minutes. A shorter setting shortens the battery life of the sensors.
We offer the following accessories:
Safe2Home® SP310 window/door sensors
Safe2Home® SP310 Animal Immune Motion Detector (no alarm for small animals up to 5 kg)
Safe2Home® SP310 compatible smoke detector (in the event of a smoke alarm, the siren alarm also switches on and you also receive an SMS)

The SP310 outdoor siren does not have a repeater function.
The repeater is installed in the SP310 indoor siren.
As soon as the indoor siren is connected to the SP310 base, it acts as an additional siren and repeater.
The sensors automatically select the shorter and more stable connection. If the repeater of the indoor siren is closer to the sensor than the base, it is used as a "radio amplifier". In this way, the range and the signal from a sensor to the base can be increased / amplified.
The "Door OPEN/CLOSE function" can be activated or deactivated for each individual sensor in the basic menu under "Accessories".
